    ShineCare offers car wash, detailing, tyre sales, wheel alignment, and related automotive services. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade equipment and materials.


    2. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required upon completion of services.

    • We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


    3. Appointment & Cancellation

    • Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance.

    • For doorstep service (if applicable), cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

    • ShineCare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, operational issues, or emergencies.


    4. Liability Disclaimer

    • ShineCare takes utmost care during all services, but is not liable for:

      • Pre-existing damage, paint wear, or rust

      • Items left inside the vehicle

      • Delays due to power cuts or weather


    5. Tyre Warranty & Returns

    • All tyres sold are sourced from authorized distributors.

    • Warranty is as per the manufacturer’s policy.

    • No refunds/exchanges are allowed after installation unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.


    6. Customer Responsibilities

    • Remove valuables before handing over the vehicle.

    • Notify our team of any sensitive electronic parts or concerns before washing.

    • Provide accurate vehicle and contact details.


    7. Privacy & Data

    • Customer data (name, contact number, vehicle details) is collected only for service and communication purposes.

    • We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.


    8. Changes to Terms

    ShineCare reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be informed of major updates via email, SMS, or signage at the service point.
